Employment Discrimination. There's Good News on the Horizon!

It's been so long since I posted anything I almost forgot how. We heard from our investigator in February that she was close to a ruling. She said there would be a slight delay because she was amending one of the charges and needed to give our former employer the opportunity to respond. Well, the deadline came and went. They asked for an extension and then that deadline came and went. They didn't even bother to respond. I called our investigator last week as I was on pins and needles waiting to hear. It appears we have four counts of sex discrimination and four counts of retaliation on the way. Still no word yet on the ADA charge. I will post as soon as I have the ruling in hand.
