Rebuttal for our Gender Discrimination and Retaliation Case.

It was December 20, 2004 when I filed a gender discrimination complaint with the EEOC on behalf of myself and three co-workers. On Monday I turned in what I hope will be our last rebuttal. Though the EEOC manual dictates a 180 day investigation, my former co-workers and I have been fighting this for over a year. I hope to have more information up for you soon. I have dedicated every free moment of the past month to getting this rebuttal in (to include phone records, earnings statements, affidavits, etc), I apologize for letting the blog slide during this time. I hope to have some new info up for you in the next day or so.
